The Extended/Duplicated Tag is used for either extending the certification life of the tag, or as a duplicate if you are running the Scaffold Tag register.  They will fit in the Standard Scaf Tag register.  When using as an extended tag, there are 4 purpose built tabs inside the "Standard Tag" for securing the extended tag.  Up to 10 Extended Tags can be fitted inside 1 Standard Tag.  Manufactured from weather resistant, tear proof paper for flexibility, durability and easy filing.
